Job Title: Finance Coordinator.

Reports To: Executive Director                         

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly up to 22hrs/week (9am to 2:30pm, Tuesday through Friday).

 Summary: The Finance Coordinator performs accounting/financial duties related directly to the operations of Care Net of Northern California and assists in book-keeping, proper maintenance of financial records and filing taxes. Major duties involve ensuring timely bill payment and following bank deposit procedures, including finance data entry into Ekyros, QuickBooks, and recording Journal entries. Also required to have minimal HR experience.

 Qualifications and Skills:

 A.A. (Associate Degree) or combination of education and experience.

Must be experienced in QuickBooks, HR and filing California’s monthly/quarterly payroll taxes.

Computer savvy skills, ability to learn or adapt to Ekyros finance data entry software, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent organization and time management skills.
